CARES Claude Pepper Center is a central location for the health and wellness of older adults in our community. As aging specialists, CARES has organized information, programs, and services to help individuals through their own personal course of aging. Our facility offers the following:
CARES Adult Day Services is a unique center to experience activities, friendship, and health care. Our program is designed for person-centered care primarily of older adults who can no longer manage independently. The person who attends the program gains their own sense of belonging and being able to have their own private place. Caregivers and family members who have any responsibility for the well-being of another adult get much-needed relief from the challenges and stress of providing care. CARES centers are licensed under the Agency For Health Care Administration #9044 and #9045. All of our staff undergo extensive background screening.

CARES Senior Health Clinic offers a staff of volunteer active and retired health professionals provides clinic services to low-income and uninsured seniors who are 55 years and older. Services are limited medical care such as general physical exams, limited primary treatment, monitoring of chronic illnesses, counseling, and referrals. CARES Senior Health Clinic aspires to connect patients with community medical resources at little or no cost and provide the highest level of service to those that are under-served in our community.
